Couples Therapy

Even the best relationships have challenges. Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship.

Couples therapy provides a venue for individuals to explore interpersonal patterns. It is a place to talk about the challenges that seem to lead to arguments, and move toward greater intimacy.

Book a session and you can start to have the conversations you have been avoiding.

Family Counselling

Healthy families are the cornerstone of healthy communities, and every family is complex in its own unique ways.  Family counselling help families to addressing challenges, enhance understanding, and foster healthier relationships.

Our family relationships are typically the most important relationships that we have. They can set the stage for so many future relationships and they underpin many of our personal thoughts and beliefs.

Family therapy is a great avenue for dealing with the difficult conversations that are hard to have when left on your own. We have all had those times where it becomes difficult to hear objectively what those closest to us are trying to say.

Group Therapy

Scott Aylwin Counselling is currently taking expressions of interest to start a small men's group at the Counselling Collective location on Sundays.

Having spent 15 years as a group therapist with men experiencing a variety of challenges, Scott has witnessed first hand how the power of the group can impact lives. Group therapy provides a supportive environment for individuals to share experiences and learn from others. It can be a transformative experience to realize that you are not alone in the struggles you might be having.

This will be a continuous intake group with members able to drop in as their situation requires. Continuous intake means that there will be members who are new to the therapy experience, and others who can provide mentorship and guidance.

Please reach out to scottaylwin.therapy@gmail.com  to discuss this group and see what its current status is.
